The position is based in either their Boston, Hartford, or Providence office. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of three years of experience in complex commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and public and private financing. Experience with affordable housing tax credit transactions is a plus. The candidate should have strong fundamentals in title and survey review, drafting acquisition documents, and reviewing varied loan documents. Excellent writing, research, negotiation, and communication skills are required for this position. The candidate must be admitted to the state bar of their primary office location, with admission to the Massachusetts and/or Connecticut bar being required for this position.
