- Serve as a business advisor to clients, guiding them in a full range of legal matters throughout their life cycle
- Minimum 5 years of experience required
- Create and implement estate plans
- Administer trusts and estates
- Prepare and/or review gift tax returns and estate tax returns
- Create marital property agreements
- Conduct transfer tax planning
- Build strong relationships with clients

- 5 years of experience in creating and implementing estate plans, administering trusts and estates, creating marital property agreements, and transfer tax planning
- Wisconsin license preferred or willing to become licensed in Wisconsin
