As a Senior Corporate Counsel, you will provide privacy guidance to all business lines related to healthcare technology, digital advertising, marketing, digital media, and publishing. You will also support the company's expanding consumer healthcare platform and ensure compliance with global, federal, and state privacy and data protection laws. Additionally, you will work with enterprise teams to incorporate privacy-by-design in product development and enhancement, conduct privacy training, and monitor developments in privacy laws and regulations. To be successful in this role, you must be a mission-driven lawyer with exceptional collaboration skills and the ability to distill complex legal concepts into actionable advice for business clients. You must also possess a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited . law school and be a member of the bar of a . jurisdiction. A minimum of 7 years of legal experience and expertise in global, federal, and state privacy and data protection laws is required. Previous in-house experience in healthcare technology, digital advertising/marketing, or the consumer-facing digital health space is a plus. Employees are expected to work from the New York office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with the option to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays.
