The McDonald's Employment Litigation Practice Group is seeking a dedicated lawyer with 3-5 years of legal experience to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of matters, including government investigations, labor and employment litigation, and class and collective action cases.

Responsibilities in this role include investigating and responding to government charges, overseeing litigation matters, handling legal projects, ensuring compliance, and educating clients and stakeholders on legal matters. The role also involves some domestic travel (25%).

Qualifications for this position include 3-5 years of labor and employment litigation experience, a license to practice law in good standing, and experience with federal and state courts and administrative agencies. Strong written and communication skills are also required.
