• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, and settlement negotiations.
• Work closely with clients to provide legal counsel and develop case strategies.
• Collaborate with a team of attorneys on complex litigation matters.

Requirements:

• Experience in medical malpractice and/or long-term care litigation preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently and effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in the state of California.
