Key Responsibilities:
- Represent Wells Fargo in highly complex litigation, negotiations, settlement discussions, and claims-related legal issues
- Provide guidance and advice to internal clients on legal matters
- Manage highly complex claims and litigation
- Develop and draft policies, plans, agreements, and contracts
- Collaborate with internal partners and stakeholders
- Advise on the impact of policy, legal, and regulatory changes
- Provide leadership and direction for certain complex functions worldwide
- Develop strategic direction for claims functions and manage related policies, procedures, and controls to mitigate risk
- Partner with business leaders and management of other corporate departments to implement risk management programs

Qualifications:
- 2+ years of law experience or equivalent
- Active State Bar membership or equivalent in a country outside the United States
- Knowledge of and extensive experience with state and federal employment laws and regulations
- Experience with handling employment law matters in litigation and the administrative agency process
- Ability to analyze and provide effective advice on complex employment legal matters
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively in a complex environment with a high degree of collaboration
- Experience in labor law and handling arbitration of employment claims before FINRA, AAA, JAMS, or other arbitration forums is a plus
