General Responsibilities:
- Promote Taft Discovery's resources and capabilities to Taft attorneys and staff
- Provide recommendations on discovery process improvements and opportunities for advanced technologies
- Advise on document preservation and collection obligations and strategies
- Draft Litigation Hold Notices
- Conduct document collection scoping interviews with clients
- Develop and advise on strategies for culling collected data
- Train and supervise contract attorney review teams
- Advise on document production options and best practices
- Stay current on eDiscovery industry trends and best practices

Specific Responsibilities:
- Provide training on the technical and practical knowledge of RelativityOne and best practices
- Interface with vendors and client IT departments for document collections
- Craft, revise, and test search terms for data culling and/or document review
- Set up and implement QC searches and protocols
- Collaborate with Taft Discovery Analysts on production specifications
- QC document productions

Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience as a dedicated eDiscovery Attorney
- Knowledge of eDiscovery best practices and industry trends
- Proficiency with RelativityOne
- Successful management of multiple, high-priority, complex matters simultaneously
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, deadline-oriented environment
- Flexibility with time and ability to adjust to a changing work environment
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships
- Ability to use sound judgment and discretion with confidential information
