Law Firm is seeking a motivated Personal Injury Attorney to join its growing team. With over 30 years of experience and a proven track record of successful results, the firm provides clients with compassionate counsel and assertive negotiation to maximize compensation.

Qualifications

• 1-10+ years of personal injury experience


• Excellent communication and client counseling skills


• Strong work ethic and passion for helping injured clients

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective clients to evaluate potential cases, providing compassionate counsel


• Conduct thorough investigations to build strong cases


• Negotiate assertively with insurance carriers to maximize compensation


• Represent clients in hearings, trials, and legal proceedings


• Collaborate with attorneys and firm management on caseload and strategy


• Make yourself available to prospective clients outside regular hours

Compensation

Law Firm offers a competitive salary from $80,000 - $150,000 base, with potential incentives up to $200,000+. In addition, the firm provides a generous benefits package and excellent training and mentoring.
