ProfileAssistant General Counsel, Global Systems Integrators and Global Accounts The candidate will negotiate partnership and strategic alliance agreements with global systems integrators. Will negotiate master sales contracts with Fortune 100 customers for company's SaaS solutions. Serve as primary point of negotiation and legal support for the company's growing OEM business. Work closely with company's General Counsel and SVP of Global Channels to establish company's channel partner negotiations strategy. Have developed a consistent mode of interaction with the Global Systems Integrators and their various contracting entities. Should have J.D. degree with excellent academic credentials. Must have 10+ years of relevant in-house experience with commercial negotiation experience with Fortune 1000 customers. Experience negotiating SaaS subscription agreements is strongly preferred. Should have experience negotiating global partnership agreements, including experience supporting global systems integrators. OEM licensing knowledge is needed.
