Duties:
- Prepared and prosecuted . patent applications in electrical, electro-mechanical, semiconductor, material science, chemical, and optics arts.
- Conduct patentability and freedom-to-operate searches.
- Provide legal opinions regarding patent validity, infringement, and clearance.
- Draft legal opinions, memoranda, and correspondence relating to patent matters.
- Communicate effectively with clients, patent examiners, and other attorneys.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of patent prosecution experience.
- Experience in electrical, electro-mechanical, semiconductor, material science, chemical, or optics arts preferred.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
- Strong understanding of patent law and related regulations.
- Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Education:

- A bachelor's or advanced degree in electrical engineering, chemical engineering, chemistry, physics, materials science, optics, or a related field is preferred.
Certifications:
