Law Firm is Seeking Tax Associate

Law Firm is seeking a talented Tax Associate with 1-3 years of experience to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a high level of academic achievement, excellent communication skills, and experience in employee benefits tax matters (qualified and nonqualified deferred compensation), partnership, real estate, and/or corporate work.

The successful candidate must have an . in Taxation or a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license and be admitted to the State Bar of California.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team in a reputable law firm. The salary range is $125,000-$165,000, depending on experience, job-related skills, and qualifications.

## Requirements

- 1-3 years of diversified transactional and controversy tax experience
- Excellent writing, interpersonal, and communication skills
- High level of academic achievement
- . in Taxation or a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license
- Admission to the State Bar of California

## Responsibilities

The Tax Associate will be responsible for:

- Providing tax advice and guidance on employee benefits, partnership, real estate, and/or corporate tax matters
- Assisting in the preparation of tax returns and related research
- Maintaining a thorough understanding of current tax laws and regulations
- Developing long-term relationships with clients
- Preparing and presenting tax strategies to clients
