Requirements:
- 4-6 years of experience in employment law, including investigations
- Knowledge of relevant federal, state, and local laws
- Background in employment law preferred
- Must be licensed or eligible for immediate licensure in North Carolina
- Exceptional analytical, written, and oral communication skills
- Strong work ethic and excellent academic credentials

Responsibilities:
- Provide high quality legal services to education clients in areas such as Title IX, faculty employment, and more
- Conduct internal investigations and advise clients on legal matters
- Litigation and legal research
- Drafting policies and conducting training
- Counsel clients on various legal issues
- Potential to serve as external investigator or hearing officer in Title IX cases
