Duties:

- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and legal staff to develop case strategies.
- Maintain and manage case files and ensure deadlines are met.
- Attend hearings, depositions, and trials as required.
- Participate in firm-wide initiatives to promote professional growth and development.
Requirements:
- Active Bar membership and good standing in California.
- 3-10 years of experience in civil litigation.
- Proven ability to handle complex legal matters independently.
- Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
- Ability to effectively manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- Self-motivated and highly organized with attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Education:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
