The salary for this position reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets and ranges from $60,800/year to $146,300/year, depending on location and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Qualifications:

- 5+ years of contracts management, paralegal, or other comparable experience within a law firm, government agency, or in-house legal department
- Experience working with MS office, including Excel, Powerpoint, Sharepoint
- Previous in-house legal experience a plus
- Experience related to technology companies is a plus
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to use data to measure results
- Ability to create new procedures and workflows
- Organized self-starter with a focus on excellence and entrepreneurship

Salary Information:

- Base pay ranges from $60,800/year in the lowest geographic market to $146,300/year in the highest geographic market
- Pay is based on factors such as market location and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience
