Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Associate Attorney to join a well-established civil litigation firm. This role involves representing clients in a variety of civil cases, including personal injury, wrongful death, and professional liability. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation and a desire to collaborate with a team of dedicated trial lawyers.

Duties:

• Manage and litigate civil cases from inception to trial.
• Conduct depositions, prepare motions, and represent clients in mediations and arbitrations.
• Develop and implement creative legal strategies.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and insights on case management.
• Maintain organization of case files and documentation.

Requirements:

• Admitted to practice law in Washington by the start of employment.
• 4+ years of experience as a litigating attorney.
• Proven trial experience or trial preparation background.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Washington State Bar license (required).

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary range: $110,000 to $145,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
