The ideal candidate will have experience in acquisition and sales transactions, land development, and financing, with a preference for those with experience in the homebuilder and/or apartment developer industry. The Real Estate Attorney will primarily be responsible for representing developers of single family, multi-family, or mixed use projects, and will be based in the Orlando office, although other Florida office locations may be considered. The candidate must possess a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school and be a member of The Florida Bar. Key Responsibilities: - Represent and advise clients in all aspects of real estate transactions - Conduct due diligence and title reviews for real estate acquisitions and sales - Negotiate and draft purchase and sale agreements, leases, and other real estate contracts - Provide legal counsel on land development and financing matters - Advise clients on zoning and land use issues - Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations - Handle any other legal matters related to real estate transactions as needed Qualifications: - Minimum of 7 years of experience in real estate transactions - Experience in acquisition and sales transactions, land development, and financing - Preference for experience in the homebuilder and/or apartment developer industry - Knowledge of representing developers in single family, multi-family, or mixed use projects - Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school - Member of The Florida Bar Salary Information: The salary for this position will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
