The Law Firm is currently seeking an experienced Real Estate Attorney with a minimum of 7 years of experience in real estate transactions. The ideal candidate will have experience in acquisition and sales transactions, land development, and financing, with a preference for those with experience in the homebuilder and/or apartment developer industry. The Real Estate Attorney will primarily be responsible for representing developers of single family, multi-family, or mixed use projects, and will be based in the Orlando office, although other Florida office locations may be considered. The candidate must possess a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school and be a member of The Florida Bar.

Key Responsibilities:

- Represent and advise clients in all aspects of real estate transactions
- Conduct due diligence and title reviews for real estate acquisitions and sales
- Negotiate and draft purchase and sale agreements, leases, and other real estate contracts
- Provide legal counsel on land development and financing matters
- Advise clients on zoning and land use issues
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations
- Handle any other legal matters related to real estate transactions as needed

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 7 years of experience in real estate transactions
- Experience in acquisition and sales transactions, land development, and financing
- Preference for experience in the homebuilder and/or apartment developer industry
- Knowledge of representing developers in single family, multi-family, or mixed use projects
- Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school
- Member of The Florida Bar

Salary Information:

The salary for this position will be commensurate with experience and qualifications. The Law Firm offers competitive salaries and benefits packages, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
