Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must have at least five years of experience in public entity litigation. In addition, we are looking for individuals with experience in governance and accountability issues, including open meeting and public records requirements. Excellent writing, research, analytical, and communication skills are a must, as well as flexibility, initiative, and a willingness to work on a broad variety of legal matters. Prior experience presenting before governing boards is preferred, and previous representation of school districts is a plus. Candidates must also be admitted to the California State Bar.

Salary Information

The anticipated annual salary wage range for this position is $140,000 – $175,000. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will depend on various factors such as experience, education, and industry knowledge. We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages to our employees.
