We are seeking an experienced attorney to join our Litigation and Board Ethics, Transparency and Accountability practice groups. Opportunities Available in Multiple Locations We are currently considering candidates for our offices in San Francisco, Long Beach, San Diego, Sacramento, East Bay, and Fresno. Requirements and Qualifications To be considered for this position, candidates must have at least five years of experience in public entity litigation. In addition, we are looking for individuals with experience in governance and accountability issues, including open meeting and public records requirements. Excellent writing, research, analytical, and communication skills are a must, as well as flexibility, initiative, and a willingness to work on a broad variety of legal matters. Prior experience presenting before governing boards is preferred, and previous representation of school districts is a plus. Candidates must also be admitted to the California State Bar.
