Job Requisition ID: R75400 H1: Join Our Team as a Senior IP Paralegal H2: Responsibilities and Qualifications Responsibilities: - Support the US attorney team and global patents team with intellectual property management, patent filing, and related activities. - Draft NDAs and manage NDA reviews within internal process. - Obtain foreign filing licenses. - Liaise with outside counsel regarding patent drafting and filing requirements. - Manage inventor assignment requirements. - File US and PCT patent applications. - Ensure compliance with US and PCT formal patent requirements. - Accurately docket US and PCT patent deadlines. - Generate patent reports. - Provide monthly IP review committee meeting agendas. - Support other priorities and requests as assigned. Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree. - Paralegal Certification. - 5+ years of IP paralegal experience for a global organization.
