Special Matters: Government Investigations Associate at Top Law Firm

King & Spalding is seeking talented and experienced associates to join its Special Matters and Government Investigations practice group at its various offices in Atlanta, Austin, Chicago, Houston, New York, San Francisco, or Washington . The firm is looking for 2-4 years of experience in handling government investigations, internal investigations, and other white collar and regulatory matters. The ideal candidate should have a strong academic background from a top law school and possess excellent writing, research, analytical, and communication skills. Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, and/or German is a plus, as well as availability to travel.

The Role:

- Join a dynamic and highly regarded practice group at a top law firm
- Work on a variety of government investigations, internal investigations, and white collar and regulatory matters
- Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys and gain exposure to high-profile cases

Responsibilities:

- Conduct legal research and analysis on complex issues related to government investigations and regulatory matters
- Draft legal memoranda, briefs, and other legal documents
- Assist with document review and production in large-scale investigations
- Communicate with clients, government agencies, and other parties involved in the case
- Participate in witness interviews and depositions
- Travel to various locations as needed

Requirements:

- 2-4 years of experience in government investigations, internal investigations, and white collar and regulatory matters

- Strong writing, research, analytical, and communication skills
- Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, and/or German is a plus
- Availability to travel as needed

Salary and Benefits:

- Anticipated full-time annualized salary range of $235,000 to $310,000
