Law Firm Seeks Experienced Litigation Associate in St. Louis

UB Greensfelder, a top-ranked law firm with offices across the United States, is currently seeking an Associate Attorney with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our Litigation Practice Group in St. Louis. If you have a strong background in commercial litigation and are licensed to practice law in Missouri or Illinois, we encourage you to apply today.

Position Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day tasks and strategic processes for case management
- Oversee cases from inception through discovery and trial preparation
- Attend depositions, settlement conferences, and other hearings
- Prepare motions, discovery responses, and client reports
- Assist in trial preparation, including strategy, discovery, records review, client interviews, and witness preparation

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial litigation
- Experience taking and defending depositions
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
