Salary Information The salary for this position ranges from $130,000 to $160,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. Job Title Corporate Attorney Experience Information At least 3 years of legal experience at a law firm or in-house. Responsibilities: - Provide legal counsel and advice to AutoZone and its subsidiaries in accordance with federal, state, and local laws - Advise business partners on all aspects of commercial business transactions - Review and analyze evolving laws and regulations affecting AutoZone's business - Provide training to business partners on key areas of compliance - Structuring, drafting, and negotiating complex agreements for various business units - Familiarity with contract negotiation, marketing/advertising principles and regulations, state privacy laws, and HIPAA - Interface with vendors and their counsel - Consult with internal clients to understand business needs - Operate in a fast-paced environment with strong business judgment and understanding of supported business units Skills and Requirements: - - At least 3 years of legal experience at a law firm or in-house - Experience in general contracting and negotiating a plus - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders - Ability to quickly process and analyze information to make decisions and solve problems Salary Information: The salary for this position ranges from $130,000 to $160,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
