## Tax Associate at Law Firm:

Law Firm is seeking a highly qualified mid-level associate for its growing Tax practice. The ideal candidate must have 3-6 years of transactional tax experience, excellent academic credentials, and previous large law firm experience. This position is available in Atlanta, New York City, or Washington .

**Job Responsibilities:**
- Handle transactional tax matters, including real estate funds/JVs, Private Equity and Strategic M&A, finance and restructuring work, and tax controversy work
- Advise on fund formation and partnership tax matters
- Structure inbound foreign investment
- Advise on REIT and real estate finance

**Qualifications:**
- 3-6 years of transactional tax experience
- Superior academic credentials
- Previous large law firm experience
- Excellent client management skills
- Self-starter
