- Clients range from Fortune 500 companies to startups and family-owned businesses.
- Responsibilities include drafting pleadings, conducting research, attending hearings, conducting depositions, managing and advising clients, and providing support to partner-level attorneys.
- Must possess strong legal writing and communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently.
- Must be a graduate of an accredited law school and admitted to practice law in the State of Michigan.
- Previous experience with complex commercial litigation and the use of document/discovery databases is preferred.
