													<p class="small">Management at this firm needs to be more consistent. If management cannot run a law firm then it will fail and people will leave.</p>

													<p class="small">I had a great experience working at Butzel Long. The training was done very well and I really felt I had a strong grasp on the position. The pay is also pretty good compared to other firms in the area. I also really liked the hours 9-5. </p>

													<p class="small">My only issue with this firm is management. People would often come and go and it would feel like a bit of a revolving door all the time. Management could have been a lot better about dealing with issues. </p>
