Are you a highly motivated and experienced attorney looking to advance your career in the field of employee benefits and executive compensation? Look no further than Polsinelli, a top law firm with multiple offices across the country. We are currently seeking a mid-level associate to join our Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Practice Group in either Chicago, Kansas City, Denver, or Dallas.

As a qualified candidate, you should have at least 3 years of experience in a wide range of employee benefits and executive compensation matters. This includes drafting, designing, implementing, and administering tax-qualified and non-qualified retirement plans and health and welfare benefit plans. You should also have experience with executive compensation and benefits in mergers and acquisitions, as well as knowledge of taxation issues related to executive compensation arrangements.

In addition to your experience, we require a high level of academic achievement and previous law firm experience. Excellent writing, drafting, and communication skills are also a must. We are looking for candidates who are driven, ambitious, and team-oriented to help us grow and support our national practice.
