LITIGATION INTAKE ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY Job Description

The Litigation Intake Associate Attorney will be responsible for signing up new clients, developing assigned cases, analyzing legal issues, negotiating on behalf of clients, and resolving legal matters. They will also be responsible for disbursement of client funds and adhering to the highest ethical standards of the legal profession.

Responsibilities include:

Signing up new clients by conducting initial consultations and reviewing potential cases
Developing assigned matters by conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and communicating with clients and other parties involved
Analyzing legal issues individual to each case and developing strategies for resolution
Negotiating on behalf of clients to obtain the best possible outcome
Overseeing initial litigation and managing the progression of each case
Resolving legal matters in a timely and efficient manner
Disbursing client funds in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines

LITIGATION INTAKE ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY Qualifications

JD from an accredited law school and licensed to practice law in Texas
0-3 years of experience in personal injury law
Valid Texas driver's license with a good driving record
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus

Additionally, there is a $10,000 retention bonus for the first year with the firm.
