Law Firm is looking for an Intellectual Property Litigation Associate to join our team in either the San Francisco or Palo Alto office. The ideal candidate should have:

* An engineering or science degree (or equivalent work experience, including in software and programming)
* Excellent academic records
* A passion for litigation
* Excellent writing and analytical abilities
* Patent Bar registration is preferred
