Wilson Elser, a leading defense litigation law firm, is seeking a General Liability Attorney for their Los Angeles office. This is an entry-level position that offers an excellent opportunity for an attorney to gain experience in a rapidly-evolving area of law.

Requirements:
- JD from an ABA accredited law school
- Admitted to practice in the State of California
- 1+ year of litigation experience
- Strong analytical skills and ability to handle novel legal issues
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Deposition and law and motion experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

Responsibilities:
- Independently manage a litigation caseload from start to finish
- Collaborate with other attorneys and Partners on legal projects nationwide
- Communicate with clients and provide status reports
- Handle court appearances, written discovery, motion practice, and depositions

Salary Information:
- Annualized salary range of $115,000 to $145,000
- Actual pay will be based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law
