Litigation Attorney at Law Firm

Law firm ZwillGen is seeking an experienced attorney with at least five years of commercial litigation experience to join their litigation team. The ideal candidate will be an excellent writer and oral advocate, able to handle all aspects of complex litigation with limited supervision. This position requires a highly motivated, strategic thinker with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a fast-paced legal environment.

Essential Job Functions:

• Develop and implement case strategy, including advising clients on such strategy
• Draft substantive memoranda such as motions to dismiss, oppositions to motions for class certification, motions for summary judgment, and appellate briefs
• Independently manage offensive and defensive discovery efforts, including drafting discovery requests and responses, managing document productions, and litigating motions to compel
• Work with experts
• Prior experience with federal and state privacy laws is preferred, but not required

This position is available in Washington ., New York City, San Francisco, and Chicago (all hybrid or fully in-office), or remote from a home office in . Cal. Candidates must be admitted to the bar for the jurisdiction in which they will work.
