Are you a skilled paralegal looking for a new opportunity in the financial services industry? Look no further! JPMorgan Chase & Co. is currently seeking a Paralegal II to join our Collections Litigation Legal Group (CLLG) in Tempe, AZ. As a Paralegal II, you will primarily focus on Business Banking’s collections litigation efforts, with involvement in all CLLG-supported lines of business. You will work closely with attorneys to review, analyze, and escalate issues in collections litigation matters across multiple states. Your responsibilities will also include drafting correspondence, overseeing the execution of sworn documents, and conducting legal research on various issues related to collections litigation. We are looking for a self-starter with at least 5 years of experience as a paralegal in a law firm or in-house legal department, preferably in the financial services industry. Strong organizational skills, knowledge of legal research platforms, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential for this role. As a team player, you will collaborate with our legal and operations groups to ensure timely and accurate resolutions for our clients.
