Decatur office of a **Members Only** Top Ranked Law Firm seeks estate and asset associate attorney with experience in estate planning and/or business law. The candidate will be delegating work to paralegals and legal assistants, directing their workflow and monitoring their work. Will be performing legal research on diverse and complex legal issues. Drafting documents for sophisticated Estate and Business Plans with a business owner perspective when appropriate. Leading and participating in meetings with clients; and presenting at community educational programs. Should possess experience drafting trust and estate plans using ElderCounsel's Elderdocs or WealthCounsel. Must be an active member in good standing with the State Bar of Georgia. Strong computer skills are required including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential.
