Responsibilities:

- Consulting with clients and engagement teams in the field of Federal Tax Credits & Incentives
- Generating thought leadership content, including alerts and articles
- Conducting legal research and writing on complex tax laws and regulations
- Utilizing technology, such as Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office, and BNA, to support tax services
- Monitoring developments in tax laws and regulations, including liaising with government agencies
- Leading internal knowledge sharing and training initiatives
- Developing client service offerings and tools
- Ensuring a focus on tax quality and client service excellence

Qualifications:

- 5-7 years of continuous public accounting experience
- Experience working for a Big 4 or large national, regional, or local accounting firm
- CPA license or JD required
- Extensive knowledge and experience in federal tax credits, particularly R&D credit
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent research and technical writing abilities
- Proficient in technology use, including Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office, and BNA
- Familiarity with Treasury, IRS, and Capitol Hill operations
- Leadership experience in knowledge sharing and training
- Strong commitment to tax quality and client service excellence
