Law Firm Seeks Full-Time Immigration Paralegal for Bethesda Office

Our team of top-notch attorneys is nationally recognized for their expertise in immigration law and has received top rankings from prestigious publications such as the Washington Post, Washingtonian, and Chambers.

We are currently seeking a full-time Paralegal to join our team and assist in advocating for immigrant rights in the current political climate. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong attention to detail and a passion for supporting our diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting and organizing immigration documentation in a timely and thorough manner
- Communicating with clients and attorneys through email and letters
- Conducting research and providing results to attorneys
- Maintaining organized client files and internal database records
- Improving record keeping and organization processes as needed

Qualifications:

- 3-5 years of experience preferred
- Fluency in a secondary language is a plus

Success Measures:
- Meeting all government deadlines
- Maintaining quality and accuracy in all filings
- Receiving positive feedback from clients and colleagues
- Demonstrating the Firm's core values: communication, courage/innovation, honesty/integrity, teamwork, balance, respect, and success/achievement

In addition to a competitive salary range of $50,000 to $70,000 annually, our firm offers a hybrid remote working option, with a minimum of one day per week in the Bethesda office.
