Job Summary:

We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish-English) Personal Injury/Workers’ Compensation Attorney to join our Personal Injury Team. This attorney will be responsible for representing clients in workers’ compensation cases in the metropolitan area. They will work closely with the head of the litigation department and senior attorneys to ensure that our clients receive the best possible representation.

Qualifications and Skills:

To be considered for this position, candidates must have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in workers’ compensation law. They must also be bilingual in Spanish and English to effectively represent clients in both languages. Active membership in good standing with the DC Bar, MD and/or VA Bar is preferred. Candidates must also possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and manage a high volume of cases.
