We are seeking an attorney with at least 1-2 years of experience to join our Capital Markets team at Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP. This is a full-time, partnership-track position with a competitive salary range of $225,000 to $235,000.

About the Position:
- Full-time, partnership-track associate position
- Salary range of $225,000 to $235,000
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience required
- Membership in the New York Bar is required
- Prior experience or interest in working with a sophisticated New York practice focused on power and utilities industries is preferred

Responsibilities:
- Working on sophisticated corporate transactions
- Conducting legal research and drafting legal documents
- Collaborating with clients and other attorneys on complex legal matters
- Providing exceptional analytical and writing skills

Qualifications:
- Strong academic record
- Excellent analytical and writing skills
- Membership in the New York Bar
- Prior experience or interest in power and utilities industries is preferred but not required
