# Associate (Litigation) - Law Firm

Law Firm is seeking a 4th-6th year associate to join their San Francisco Litigation Group. The successful candidate will be litigating, managing and trying complex matters, and working in a busy, collegial litigation group focused on expanding its strong practice.

## Responsibilities

* Work with other associates and partners
* Develop and execute case strategies and plans
* Handle all aspects of litigation (fact investigation, drafting pleadings and motions, discovery, pretrial and trial work)
* Develop and maintain strong business and client relationships

## Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree and a Juris Doctorate degree (JD) from an accredited . law school
* Member of the California State Bar in good standing
* Superior oral advocacy and oral presentation, research and writing, analytical, organizational and time management skills
* Excellent judgment and decision-making skills
* Previous or current employment with an Am Law 100 firm is desired

## Pay

The pay for this role, with final offer amount dependent on skillset and experience is $295,000-$370,000.

Qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records will be considered for the position in accordance with the California Fair Chance Act.
