Duties:
- Draft motions, with a focus on discovery-related motions (., motions to compel, motions to strike).
- Argue motions in court, including motions to compel depositions, responses, and attorney’s fees.
- Draft and review pleadings, briefs, and discovery materials.
- Handle a variety of motions, including motions to deem requests for admissions (RFAs) admitted.
- Provide legal support in the discovery process and motion practice.
- Work closely with senior attorneys and clients on complex legal matters.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in law and motion practice.
- Strong experience in drafting and arguing discovery motions.
- Proven track record of handling motions to compel, motions to strike, and motions for attorney's fees.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and deadlines.
Education:

Certifications:
