The Director of Healthcare Compliance Counsel will lead all aspects of the group healthcare compliance function and serve as the primary point of contact for advice, mentorship, and contractual and regulatory interpretation. The individual will also lead and expand the healthcare compliance program by minimizing risk and partnering with relevant functional areas to implement controls and policies.

The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctorate and 8-10 years of healthcare and legal compliance experience in regulated industries. They must also possess strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively in a highly matrixed environment.

The salary range for this position is estimated at $184,, and may be eligible for a variable annual bonus.
