Husch Blackwell LLP, a national law firm with multiple offices across the United States, is currently seeking an Energy Regulatory Associate with 3-5 years of experience for their Austin, Dallas, or Houston offices. The ideal candidate will have experience handling regulatory and compliance matters before the Texas Public Utility Commission and other state energy regulatory commissions, and will preferably have experience with Electric Reliability Council of Texas (ERCOT) or other ISO/RTOs or organized power markets. Responsibilities:
- Handle regulatory and compliance matters before the Texas Public Utility Commission and other state energy regulatory commissions.

- Work primarily with attorneys in the Energy & Natural Resources business unit.
- Demonstrate exceptional judgment and the ability to effectively handle multiple projects.
- Articulate legal strategies and courses of action to clients.

Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience preferred.
