The ideal candidate must have experience in civil litigation and must possess excellent organizational skills, be detail oriented and must communicate with clients and colleagues effectively and in a timely manner. Additionally, admission to practice in the State of Pennsylvania is required. Admission to practice to West Virginia and Ohio a plus. ## Duties and Responsibilities The associate attorney will be responsible for a variety of tasks such as legal research, drafting pleadings, taking and defending depositions, drafting and answering discovery, trial preparation and trial assistance.
