This is a full-time position with a salary range of $71,500 - $148,500 annually. As a member of First American's family of companies, National Commercial Services provides single-point service for simple to multi-property/multi-state national commercial real estate transactions. The company has been in business since 1889 and is listed on the New York Stock Exchange. This role is perfect for an ambitious individual who wants to join an early-stage, high-growth operation within a larger, Fortune 500 organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the development of a new, end-to-end operational process for title transactions. They will also work on a remote team using technology and virtual communication and will have significant operational support while running all technical aspects of a commercial title transaction. The ideal candidate will have a general understanding of underwriting regional or national commercial real estate transactions for the issuance of title insurance policies and 1-4 years of title underwriting experience. They will also possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and have a successful history of managing and serving customers. A Juris Doctor (JD) degree and admission to the bar in at least one US state is required.
