General liability claims
Bodily injury and property damage cases
Construction defect defense

Defend insureds and carriers in general liability, injury, and property-damage cases.
Handle automotive, transportation, and premises liability matters.
Litigate construction defect and product liability defense cases.
Conduct depositions, draft dispositive motions, and appear in court regularly.
Manage discovery, settlement negotiations, and case evaluations.
Communicate with claims adjusters, carriers, and corporate representatives.
1–10+ years of litigation experience, ideally in insurance defense.
Background in general liability, injury, or construction defect matters preferred.
Strong writing, motion practice, and courtroom skills.
Ability to manage active defense caseloads and deadlines.
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Admission to the bar in at least one . jurisdiction.
Strong litigation and advocacy skills.
Effective communication with insurers, claims professionals, and clients.
Confident deposition and courtroom presence.
Organized, responsive, and detail-oriented.
Ability to analyze liability, coverage, and exposure issues.
