Law Firm is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join its Litigation Department. The ideal candidate should have at least three to five years of experience as a paralegal and have a paralegal education. Personal injury experience is also an added plus.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal support and assistance to attorneys in the litigation department, including but not limited to:

• Drafting and preparing pleadings and other legal documents;
• Conducting factual and legal research;
• Maintaining filing systems;
• Assisting with the discovery process;
• Assisting in all stages of litigation;
• Assisting attorneys in preparing for hearings and trials;
• Preparing and responding to discovery requests; and
• Other duties as assigned.

The successful candidate should have excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, and have the ability to work independently and efficiently. The ability to prioritize tasks and work on multiple projects simultaneously is also important.

The successful candidate should have a strong attention to detail, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have the ability to work with attorneys, clients, court personnel, and other professionals.
