Responsibilities:

- Work closely with lead attorneys on all phases of litigation, including rapid response investigations, case evaluation and reporting, discovery and depositions, and trial presentation
- Use strategic thinking to meet client objectives
- Conduct legal research and writing
- Collaborate with lead attorneys across offices and practice areas
- Adhere to carrier billing and reporting guidelines

Requirements:

- 2-4 years of relevant experience in medical malpractice litigation
- Licensed to practice law in New York
- Strong research and writing skills
- Experience in insurance defense litigation preferred
