Duties:

  • Develop and implement strategic litigation approaches tailored to client goals.
  • Represent clients in court hearings, negotiations, and other legal proceedings.
  • Work closely with senior attorneys and team members to enhance litigation strategies and case outcomes.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of civil litigation experience in a major law firm setting.
  • Desire to relocate to Santa Barbara, CA, or establish personal or professional connections to the region.
  • Proven ability to handle complex litigation matters independently or as part of a team.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail in all aspects of case management.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
