As an associate in the Financial Restructuring and Insolvency Practice Team, you will play a key role in providing legal services to clients in matters related to bankruptcy, restructuring, and insolvency. Key responsibilities include:

Representing debtors, creditors, and other constituents in bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings
Conducting legal research and drafting pleadings, motions, and other court documents
Assisting with negotiations and settlement discussions
Participating in client meetings and conferences
Managing and organizing case files and documents

To be successful in this role, candidates should have:

2-4 years of experience in bankruptcy and insolvency law
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

This is a full-time professional position, with a salary range of $100,000-$130,000 annually. The salary offered will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.

You will play a key role in providing legal services to clients in matters related to bankruptcy, restructuring, and insolvency.
