Cozen O’Connor, a leading national law firm, is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Intellectual Property Associate with a strong technical background in chemistry to join our dynamic IP Department. This position is available in any of our offices nationwide and requires a minimum of two years’ experience.

We are looking for candidates with prior experience in Hatch-Waxman litigation and a preference will be given to those with graduate-level training in chemistry. The selected candidate will have the option to focus solely on litigation or a combination of litigation and prosecution-related work. A valid license in good standing in the resident state is required for this position.

Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive IP services to clients
- Focus on patent, trademark, copyright, trade secrets, and unfair competition
- Handle clearance and procurement
- Participate in litigation, including Hatch-Waxman cases
- Conduct prosecution-related work
- Maintain a valid license in good standing in the resident state

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Minimum of two years’ experience
- Strong technical background in chemistry
- Prior experience in Hatch-Waxman litigation is a plus
- Graduate-level training in chemistry is preferred
- Valid license in good standing in the resident state
