Salary Information: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, based on experience

Job Description:

- Full-time staff attorney role at our Hauppauge location
- Juris Doctor Degree and NY state bar admission required
- Experience in handling court appearances and full cycle matrimonial cases
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent research, oral, and written communication abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of client and firm matters

Responsibilities:

- Represent clients in matrimonial and family law cases
- Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and prepare for court appearances
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
- Maintain thorough and accurate case records
- Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to effectively handle cases

Qualifications:

- Juris Doctor Degree and NY state bar admission
- At least 2 years of experience in handling matrimonial and family law cases
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
