Law Firm is seeking an experienced transactional associate to join their San Francisco office. The ideal candidate would have 3 to 6 years of experience working as a law firm associate, with a strong interest in business organizations and material transactions (., mergers and acquisitions). This position offers a unique opportunity to obtain substantive experience in a niche industry practice.

**Requirements:**

- Excellent academic credentials
- Strong research, writing, and communication skills
- No prior healthcare experience required
