Beverly Hills office of a **Members Only** Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an associate attorney with 1-year of experience. The candidate will have access to plenty of paralegal and secretarial support to be able to focus on case strategy and trial preparation. Take a case from complaint through trial as either first or second chair. Draft pleadings, draft, and review discovery take and defend depositions. Prepare all pre-trial documents. Compile all possible information, evidence, and documentation, including medical records and bills, loss of earnings documentation and change in lifestyle information, that will help the legal department build a case. Communicate with clients and assist in preparation for depo/trial and negotiate claims. Must be admitted to the California Bar.
